One Year Anniversary Giveaway!

Wow! It's hard to believe it's already November. Halloween has come & gone and now it seems everyone is starting to think about getting ready for the holidays. When purchasing holiday gifts, please consider buying from small local businesses & self-employed people. That way, more local people will have a better Christmas!

I am fast approaching my 1 year anniversary (11/22), and am working on putting a giveaway together for all of my loyal fans! I am excited about the giveaway as I have several vendors with lots of great prizes already! The giveaway will be posted here on my blog, using Rafflecopter.

Back-to-school season is upon us in our home (as I'm sure it may be in yours as well)... our oldest daughter is getting ready for kindergarten (eek!), and middle daughter will be going to preschool again this year. Currently, I'm busy making some giveaway items to send out to winners (so if you haven't received your item yet, don't worry-you'll be getting it soon), fulfilling some orders, making items to take to a local consignment shop this fall, as well as gearing up for the busy fall/winter season.

Just a reminder to everyone that my turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, with the exception of the Christening gown which is 6-8 weeks. I am projecting that my turnaround time will be increasing as more and more people are preparing for fall/winter seasons.

Sneak peek of new items!

For the past couple weeks, my shop has been on vacation mode. During this time, I have been spending time with family, taken a family vacation, as well as taken time to re-organize both at home and my business to prepare for the upcoming busy fall/winter season. We recently returned from vacation, and I thought I'd share with you a photo I took on the last evening of our vacation when we were taking a sunset cruise on my dad's boat!

I have been working recently on some new items for my shop. I plan to release them once my shop reopens (tentatively August 1st), but thought I'd give those of you who subscribe to my blog a sneak peek.
